This letter is written in reference to my working experience with Ron Finklestein

of Akris, Inc. I had the pleasure of meeting Ron through David Akers. I was

most curious and excited about Ron’s work with the Platinum Rule. My

company, Currere, Inc. has been working with the Cleveland Leadership Center

designing and leading the Cleveland Bridge Builders leadership development

Flagship Program. We invited Ron and The Platinum Rule® to be part of the

foundation of the program. Its purpose was to help build awareness of self and

others. Working with Ron was fantastic! He was responsive, adaptive, and

flexible. His collaborative style made weaving his content into the core program
