What to Expect from Finklestein’s Presentations
Hear it straight from Ron himself.
Here is what you can expect from my presentations...
To deliver a speech that starts your meeting with a bang and keeps everyone talking about my message through the end of the meeting. If it is the last speech of the day, they go home with something to talk about. I talk to the level of the audience and connect with them whether they're a group of senior executives, mid-level managers, hourly employees or salespeople.
My style and approach: I'm a high energy, fast-paced speaker who combines strong content with many stories to ensure the audience can take something home. I not only make an intellectual connection with your audience but also an emotional one. Clients have described my speeches as college lectures (content) delivered with entertaining and easy style.
You need something you can take home: My content is simple, practical, and easy to remember and use. It is quite common for audience members to successfully use one or more of my ideas from my speech several months after my program. I have received emails and comments months after my talks from audience members who have implemented an idea and wanted to tell me about it. Not only will your audience members learn a lot; they will have a great time.
My top priority on every assignment:
For the client/meeting planner: To make you a hero. To have the audience members as well as top management rave about their choice of a speaker. To be so good and provide so much value that the audience will forget other small problems that may have happened at that meeting. To be invited back by popular demand.
For the audience: To provide value and to make them learn and have something to talk about and implement when they leave. To give them tools to improve their personal and professional lives. To make them forget all their outside problems for the brief time I'm with them by giving them an educational performance. To get them to say, "This is the best speaker I've ever heard."
For the speakers bureau: To exceed their client's expectations so the client will happily continue to do business with the bureau. To get additional information about the client and its key people to feed back to the bureau for future business and additional business relationships with that client and seek out additional business opportunities for the bureau to get more business for both of us.
My content/topic evolution: I am constantly refining my topics with new, updated material, examples andstories.
7 Secrets to Business Success is probably Ron's most requested talk. It is simple in structure and compelling in content. This talk discusses the seven behaviors all successful business people implement in their lives to be successful. People take away significant value that they can apply in their business immediately. Ron has been asked on many occasions to come back to do follow up programs on how to introduce these concepts in a business as a direct result of this talk.
The Platinum Rule: As co-author of The Platinum Rule for Small Business Mastery, Ron has taken The Platinum Rule to new levels. Previously, The Platinum Rule was used in sales, marketing and customer service. Ron took this popular program (created by Dr. Tony Alessandra) and expanded it to include all areas of business.
Selling Made Easy: Selling does not have to be hard. Over the years Ron has created a simple sales process he uses every day. In Selling Made Easy, Ron put a heavier emphasis on creating a simple process anyone can use to grow sales. This talk is not designed for the professional sales representative but the business owner and others who have to be good at selling but can not afford to look like a slick sales rep.
3 Secrets to Business Success: Business Success is about you, the business, owner, and the three actions you must take to grow your business. I will give you a hint: attitude, strategy and discipline are the three activities business owner implement to take their business to a new level. I strive for my topics, my content, and my examples to be fresh not only for myaudiences, but also for me.
Support materials, handouts, and follow-up materials I supply to my clients:For each of my topics, I provide my clients: an introduction; free handouts from my PowerPoint slides or a one of my books (extra charge); a free weekly ezine for each audience member to reinforce the concepts of my programs; books, videos, personal coaching and even full training programs for after-speech follow-up and reinforcement (extra charge); A/V checklist for room setup; Pre-program Questionnaire (PPQ) to tailor my speech to the audience; photos (color and black and white); and easy telephone access to me prior to my program.
