First, we meet to determine exactly what outcomes you want to accomplish. The resulting outcomes will be the driving force behind our results-centered process. Once your outcomes are defined, we will work together to determine what activities need to be changed to reach your desired outcomes. In addition, we identify what information your people need to develop the skills required to reach your stated goals.

Depending on your desired outcomes, there are several different actions that can be implemented to get results. Lengthy lectures and long seminars don’t work. We engage the five step process for results:

STEP I – Create the Desired Objective - grow revenues, reduce expenses, reduce process time, etc 
STEP 2- Determine Resources Required - time, money, training, equipment, people, plants, etc

STEP 3- Determine the Skill Sets Needed - sales, leadership, management, technical, etc.

STEP 4- Define the Projects(s) - based on outcomes, resources, skills, etc
STEP 5 – Take Action - create the team, set dates and take action

This can include membership in the Business Mastery Web site, where you will have access to over 70 articles (including videos, MP3 and PDFs) on almost all aspects of business, discussion forum, individual coaching, and other tools as required.

There are three options for this.
Option 1: 12 structured sessions for $2500. This designed for the business ower who needs assistance on how to solve a specific business challenge or captialize on a specific opportunity.

Option 2: This is a retainer service and is less directive (but still structured) and more directed towards business owners who want to help with personal accountability, receiving objective feedback, getting focused on what's most important, and getting better control of the business. You can think of this as your own personal board of advisor. This starts at $500 a month with a six month minimun required. Rates can vary, depending on length, duration and frequency. These are determine based on the six step process defined above. 

Option 3: Indivdual custom coaching designed to take your business to a new level. This is a totally custom to you, your business and its needs. It can include consulting, coaching and personal introductions (total team approach) as required.
